WHAT KINDS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT

HOW SOON DO I GET MY STUFF? HOW OFTEN DO YOU SHIP ITEMS?
All Items are shipped through the United States Postal Service. If you use paypal for payment I will use the Paypal address listed for Payment unless specified.
Most items are shipped within a few days of order, if not the same day. Buttons take about a week or up to two weeks depending on work load. All coffee is roasted to order and will take a few days to ship. Keep in mind if coffee is shipping outside of the US it may be delayed in customs.

In case of mix ups with your order
If it is my fault, I will admit to it. If I forgot to grind your coffee and you requested it, I will send you a new bag at my own expense. If I shipped to the wrong address when you had clearly requested a different one, I'll resend your order.
When the USPS messes things up
I wanna preface saying that I have dealt with the USPS for about 15 years and I have had generally good experiences. I also worked at a small mail order zine distributor and small press publisher for 6 years and I have seen just about everything go right, and a few things go wrong. My policies are steeped in those experiences as well as my general DIY ethics.:
If the USPS somehow loses your order or your order shows up with items missing send me a convo and we'll work it out. Here are some of the ways things could go down:
1) You bought insurance- I replace everything and resend the order as soon as possible. The I go after the USPS on my own terms.
2)You didn't buy insurance and the order was under $10- I know it sucks when your order doesn't show up or shows up in to form of an empty package and some bastard has stolen you loot. It's not your fault, but it's not my fault either. If the order was under $5 I'll just replace it. I may have crazy small margins on things but I'd rather have you happy. if it is between $5 and $10 I'd just ask if you would split postage with me.
3) If your order is over $10 and you didn't pay for postage- I'll replace the order if we split the order cost and the shipping. Again, my margins are way low and losing stuff hurts me in the heart (because I want to trust the USPS) and in my pocket book.
